Request deletion of your LorePlay account and related data from the app or this website.

How to request deletion
- Sign in with the wallet linked to your LorePlay account, review the information below, then submit the deletion request.
- We record the request and verify ownership. The status below shows whether it is pending, being processed or completed. Submitting a request does not instantly erase the account.
- If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email support@loreplay.io with the subject “LorePlay account deletion” and the public wallet address linked to your account. We will arrange reasonable ownership verification. Never send a private key, recovery phrase or access token.
What deletion covers
We remove or anonymize your profile and related account data we control, including bookmarks and interactions, and review related uploads, support and service-provider copies. Financial, security, anti-fraud, dispute or legally required records may be retained only for a valid reason; we explain applicable exceptions and retention when handling your request. Backup copies expire on their rotation schedules. Public-chain transactions, wallet addresses and assets cannot be erased by us.
Review your assets first
Account deletion does not transfer assets, unstake tokens, revoke smart-contract allowances, refund purchases or delete your external wallet. Review pending purchases, creator content, claims and staking positions, and contact support about unresolved issues before requesting deletion. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete your account.
