1. Service, operator and acceptance

Onknots, registered in Hong Kong, operates LorePlay for short-drama discovery and playback, account interactions and wallet-based content access and asset features. These terms apply to our website and mobile app. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before creating an account or using account features. Contact support@loreplay.io with questions.

You must meet the age, capacity and legal requirements applicable to you and the feature you use. Use only a wallet you are authorized to control. You are responsible for reviewing sign-in messages and transaction requests and for securing your wallet. Never share private keys, recovery phrases or access tokens with us or other users.

2. Accounts and access

Your first valid wallet sign-in may create an account associated with that public address. Keep your profile accurate and do not impersonate others, sell unauthorized access or bypass account restrictions. A login signature is different from a token approval or payment. Losing control of a wallet may prevent us from verifying ownership; contact support rather than supplying wallet secrets. Some content is available without an account; other functions require authentication or a valid content-access entitlement.

3. Content and Passcards

A purchase gives only the access or other rights described for that item at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law. Review the content, price, network, quantity, access scope and any stated duration before approving. Owning a Passcard or token does not by itself transfer copyright in a video, script, music, character or brand, grant redistribution rights or ownership in Onknots, or guarantee income.

Do not copy, distribute, publicly exhibit or commercially exploit protected content without permission, bypass access controls, misuse media links, scrape the service or interfere with playback. Playback caching supports viewing; it is not a redistribution license. Licensing, safety or technical changes affecting paid content must be handled consistently with applicable consumer rights.

4. User content and community rules

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights. You retain your rights and grant Onknots the permission needed to host, transmit, display and moderate your submissions while providing the service. Do not post private information without authorization or infringe another person’s rights.

We prohibit child sexual exploitation or abuse, unlawful or explicit sexual content, threats or encouragement of violence, hate, terrorism, harassment, fraud, impersonation, malicious links, requests for wallet secrets, unlawful dealings, infringement, spam, manipulated interactions and misleading promises of guaranteed profit. These rules apply to profiles, uploads, comments, replies and communications related to the service.

5. Reports, blocking and enforcement

Report harmful content or accounts using the available reporting controls or support@loreplay.io, including the content location and reason. Available blocking controls limit the interactions shown to you; they do not erase another person’s blockchain activity. We may hide or remove violating content, limit features, suspend or close accounts as appropriate to the issue and applicable requirements. Contact support to contest a decision. Do not evade restrictions with another account. Enforcement does not destroy your on-chain assets or remove applicable consumer or privacy rights.

6. Purchases, transaction approvals and refunds

Some dramas require paid access. Wallet-based purchases use the network, asset and contract shown in the purchase flow; the current production Web3 flow uses USDC on Base. Your external wallet asks you to approve the transaction. Check the recipient, amount, token allowance and any ETH network fees. Approving a token allowance is not the same as completing a purchase. Availability can vary by region and platform.

For a failed order, missing access, an unauthorized operation or a refund request, contact support@loreplay.io with the order reference or transaction hash and the issue. Never include wallet secrets. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain available. Confirmed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed; a refund, where due, requires a separate executable process and does not erase the original transaction. Network fees and third-party actions are governed by their actual terms and applicable law.

7. Assets, transfers, staking and risks

You authorize transfers and contract operations through your wallet. Review the actual contract rules and displayed terms for LONT staking, unstaking, cooldowns, cancellation, withdrawal, rewards and referrals. Displayed income and commissions are not a fixed-interest or capital guarantee. Onknots does not promise investment returns, asset liquidity, immediate exit or uninterrupted third-party access.

Digital assets can lose value. Wrong addresses or networks, wallet compromise, malicious approvals, contract vulnerabilities, network congestion or outages can cause loss or delay. A stablecoin’s name or peg target is not a guarantee of value or risk-free settlement. Consider these risks before approving an operation.

8. Privacy and closing your account

The Privacy Policy explains data handling. You can request account deletion through the app, the Delete account page or support@loreplay.io. We verify and process requests; submitting a request does not immediately erase data. Related off-chain account data is removed or anonymized, with explained exceptions for records that must legitimately be retained. Deletion is different from signing out, disconnecting a wallet, uninstalling or being suspended.

Deleting an account cannot erase public-chain records, revoke token allowances, transfer your assets or unstake your position. Review pending operations and manage your assets through your own wallet before closing the account. Contact support about unresolved access, orders or claims.

9. Changes, service issues and your rights

We may update the service or these terms to reflect product, security, licensing or legal changes, and provide appropriate notice of material changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, third-party wallet availability or an error-free blockchain. Report a problem to support@loreplay.io. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
