1. Who we are and how to contact us
Onknots, registered in Hong Kong, operates LorePlay. This policy covers the LorePlay website and mobile app and the services we control. Contact support@loreplay.io for privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests. An independent wallet, blockchain network or third-party website has its own practices.
2. Information we handle
Wallet sign-in uses your public wallet address, a signed authentication message and account/session credentials. An account can be created when you first sign in. We handle the profile information you provide, such as your name, handle, avatar, bio and social links, and any content you choose to upload.
Service records include bookmarks, likes, comments, replies, follows, reports, blocked accounts, notifications and support/deletion requests. We process content-access and transaction records, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, assets, amounts, Passcards, referrals, commissions and staking activity, as needed for those features. Network requests can expose IP addresses, device/browser or app information and technical logs to our servers and service providers.
3. Why we use this information
We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver and cache video, remember settings, display content and interactions, verify access and transactions, maintain account and financial records, respond to support and data requests, prevent abuse and investigate reports. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing relies on providing the requested service, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations, or consent where required. Do not send private keys or recovery phrases; LorePlay does not need them to sign you in.
4. Public information and service providers
Profiles, published content, comments and replies may be visible to others. Public blockchains disclose addresses, balances and transactions; connecting an address to your profile can link this activity to you.
We use hosting, storage and media-delivery infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services/S3 and content delivery services, and Reown/WalletConnect for wallet connectivity. Blockchain RPC providers, the wallet you select and network participants process requests needed for their services. These providers can receive network/device information and the account, content or transaction data required for the function. We may disclose relevant records to comply with valid legal requests, protect users or investigate fraud, or in a business transfer with appropriate notice and safeguards.
5. Cookies, device storage and permissions
The website uses session cookies and browser storage for authentication, wallet connections, language, theme and agreement preferences. The app stores session credentials, wallet connection state, settings, pending-operation records and playback/content caches on your device. Signing out, clearing browser/app data or uninstalling affects local data and may require you to reconnect; it does not delete the service account or public-chain records.
Files you choose for your profile or uploads are processed for that purpose. If a device permission is needed, the relevant system prompt controls access. Operational SDK or network data is not a promise of anonymous browsing.
6. Retention, security and international processing
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the feature or resolve support requests, and where necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or legal obligations. The relevant purpose, record type and applicable obligations determine the period; data is not kept simply because an account once existed. Backups and provider copies may expire on their respective rotation schedules. Contact us for the basis and applicable period for a particular retained record.
Onknots is in Hong Kong; infrastructure, wallet providers and network participants may process information in other countries. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be respected. We use access controls and encrypted network connections where supported; no service or blockchain can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and account deletion
You can edit supported profile fields, manage bookmarks and blocked accounts, disconnect your wallet and request access, correction or deletion through support@loreplay.io. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to your data protection authority. We may reasonably verify control of the account before disclosing or deleting data; never provide wallet secrets.
Use the Delete account page or the app account-deletion entry to submit a request. We record the request and process it after verification; submission is not instant deletion. Processing removes or anonymizes account-linked data we control, subject to specific security, legal, financial or dispute records that have a valid retention basis. We explain applicable exceptions when handling your request. Public-chain records cannot be erased by Onknots; deleting LorePlay does not transfer assets, unstake tokens or revoke smart-contract approvals. The deletion page explains the process and alternatives if you cannot sign in.
8. Children and other people’s information
Use the service only where you meet the age and legal-capacity requirements applicable to you and the feature. Do not submit children’s sensitive information or another person’s private information without authorization. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact support@loreplay.io so we can investigate and handle the data.
9. Changes
We publish revisions on this page with a new date and provide additional notice or seek consent where required for a material change. This policy describes our data practices; it does not waive rights provided by applicable law.
